Honoring Heroes: Jedd Price and the Mission of Coins of Honor

On Episode #168 of the Christian Life and Leadership Podcast, I had the privilege of talking with my brother, Jedd Price, founder of Coins of Honor — a heartfelt mission to remember and honor those who have served our nation.

What began as one man’s quiet act of gratitude has grown into a national movement. Through Coins of Honor, Jedd places pennies on the graves of veterans — each coin representing a prayer of thanks, a symbol of remembrance, and a visible reminder that our heroes are not forgotten.

Jedd’s goal is both inspiring and ambitious: to place one million pennies in national cemeteries across the United States. So far, he’s already reached 100,000 — a testament to persistence, vision, and the power of honoring those who gave so much. Beyond the coins, this mission continues to expand, connecting with veterans, meeting needs, and fostering a community of care and respect.

You can learn more, give, and see the growing map of Coins of Honor placements at coinsofhonor.org. I encourage you to listen to the full conversation on Episode #168, and consider how you or your church might support, partner, or participate in this unique effort to remember and serve.

Thank you, Jedd, for leading with gratitude and inspiring us all to honor those who have served with such selfless devotion.
