I’ve been really inspired by the new Craig Groeschel book, Winning The War In Your Mind.
Too often, we stare at our problems and setbacks. We focus on our prison and lose a perspective on what is right!
When we start to count our blessings, we realize that though we have hardships, so much is good. Look for what’s right, not just at what is wrong.
I think Paul did this while he was in prison (Phil 4).
Nehemiah did this when he went to look at the wall (Nehemiah 1).
My wife does this on a regular basis when she begins a sentence with, “One good thing is that…”
When we look for what’s right, life is better.
