Dear Youth Worker ~
I’m really excited about the opportunity to gather with the middle school students from several churches this fall at Ignition Conference in Troy, IL! This Friday / Saturday event has proven to be a great opportunity to share the faith with students in a fun and energetic weekend. There isn’t a lot of stress, no gimmicks and students seem to love the atmosphere of being around other students and leaders.
We are extremely excited about the speaker for the weekend, about the plans that are being made about your being a part of it! Ignition begins on Friday night at 7:00 pm and concludes at 4:00 pm on Saturday. Snacks are provided on Friday and Saturday and lunch is provided on Saturday. The registration fee also covers the programming and recreation. Group are responsible for arranging their own housing – which can be done at the local motels one mile from the venue (Ignition will be held at Troy United Methodist Church in Troy, IL) or, for a more budget friendly option, you can arrange to stay in a neighboring local church for the night.

I would love for you to bring as many middle school students and their friends as possible.
I would love for you to bring parents of middle school students as sponsors and as many other adults as you can from your church. There is a discount for sponsor rates and this short weekend is such a great time to build connections and memories. The more adults the better!
