Equipping Everyday Ministry Leaders for the Long Road

You don’t need another leadership trend.
You need faithfulness that lasts.
Most ministry leaders don’t quit loudly.
They quit quietly — tired, unseen, unsure if they can keep going.
Faithful Leaders Collective exists to help everyday ministry leaders stay called, healthy, and useful for the long haul.
Who This Is For
Faithful Leaders is for:
- Worship leaders carrying more than music
- Student and children’s ministry leaders juggling too much
- Small-church pastors and staff
- Bi-vocational leaders doing ministry after work
- Primary volunteers leading with little recognition
If you’ve ever thought:
“I still feel called… I’m just tired.”
You’re in the right place.
What You’ll Find Here
Faithful Leaders is a monthly coaching and encouragement community, built around real ministry life.
Each month includes:
- One live 60-minute call (teaching + Q&A)
- Practical leadership tools you can actually use
- Spiritual encouragement rooted in Scripture, not hype
- A growing community of leaders walking the same road
No content overload.
No performance pressure.
Just steady, faithful leadership formation.
Why Faithful Leaders Exists
After 30 years in ministry — worship, students, events, volunteers, writing, and leading — I’ve learned this:
Faithfulness is not accidental.
It must be practiced, protected, and renewed.
Faithful Leaders is about helping leaders finish well, not just start strong.

I want to share something that has been forming quietly in me for a while.
After more than 30 years in ministry—as a worship leader, student ministry leader, volunteer coordinator, event leader, writer, and pastor—I’ve come to see something clearly:
Most ministry leaders don’t stop because they stop believing.
They stop because they get tired, discouraged, or unsure how to keep going.
Lately, I’ve felt a growing call to invest more intentionally in everyday ministry leaders—those faithfully serving week after week, often unseen, often stretched, still called, but carrying a lot.
Out of that sense of calling, I’m beginning something new called Faithful Leaders.
Faithful Leaders is a small, monthly community designed to encourage, coach, and equip ministry leaders for the long road—not flashy leadership, but sustainable faithfulness.
As a Founding Member, you’ll receive:
- One live 60-minute monthly call (teaching + conversation)
- Practical tools drawn from real ministry life
- Spiritual encouragement rooted in Scripture and experience
- A growing community of leaders who understand this road
This isn’t about adding another thing to your plate.
It’s about helping you carry what’s already there with greater clarity and peace.
I’m inviting a small group to join me as Founding Members, helping shape this community from the beginning.
If this resonates with where you are, I’d love for you to be part of it.
